FAQ
How long does it take to get my clothing back?
Custom orders take 4-6 weeks in the winter and 6-10 weeks in the summer, since I balance this with my work as a pilot. If it may take shorter or longer I will let you know in my inquiry response before you accept the order.
How much does it cost to get a custom?
Custom pieces start at $150 and vary based on size, material, and design complexity. I will provide a final quote before anything is accepted, and payment must be made before the design work starts. Every design takes multiple days to finish due to the UV sensitive chemicals, and overall cyanotype process. To learn more about this, go to the 'About Cyanotype' page.
Shipping costs for sending your item to me and return shipping will be calculated separately, but I can provide discounted shipping labels.
Because of the unique nature of the printing all custom sales are final.
What kind of clothing is best for a custom?
Canvas, denim, and linen work best, but I am open to experimenting with other materials.
Light colored material also works best. If it is dark in color, it will require bleaching which could have some damaging effects. Please provide this information about your item in the inquiry, and I will give you more details if needed.
